You guys (gals…?)! My pieces have arrived from LeTote and Rent the Runway, and I could not be more excited about this batch! With my office Holiday party coming up I was really hoping for at least one good piece to wear. Lo and behold, I have options! EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!
My options from LeTote include the most adorable sweater dress ever, a peplum top (I have yet to try out a peplum top), a pullover top that is EXACTLY my style, a funky pair of earrings, and a bracelet that I’m dying for. Do I have a bracelet addiction?

And here’s what I got from Rent the Runway:

I have a crush on Ben-Amun.

Bag look familiar? It’s basically the same as the Gigi New York Blue Hayden Satchel I had last week. I laughed when I got it (“didn’t I JUST send this back???”). I will say, though, that I like the python better, and this deep shade of blue is much more me.
You’ll notice I only have 2 items from Rent the Runway. I kept this necklace a little longer than one cycle, because I just loved it so much.
I’ll show you the look I came up with tomorrow. And I’m so excited to show y’all the updates I’m doing to the apartment we rent in DC (all cleared with the landlord!). Check back tomorrow!
Dying over it all. Especially that dress. So you might have answered this so sorry if you are repeating yourself, but do you get to set up the style of clothing that comes to you? I can’t help but notice the colors and patterns are darker (not so much crazy patterns and bright colors) which is totally you!

I am happy to answer any question more than once, so never be afraid to ask!
For both services I use you setup a “queue” (well, Rent the Runway calls it a “queue” and LeTote calls it your “closet”). In it you put specific pieces you like, and if you have enough items in there you will basically only setup items from your list.
I especially laughed at receiving the same purse (basically) twice, because I had added both to my queue.

hahaha! Love it! and that is seriously such a neat idea. I don’t think there is something like that in Utah…I should check but I doubt it. It’s really a brilliant idea!

I love the dress, can’t wait to see it on you. So do you keep the items for the full month, or just return them when you have had your fill of them?

Either! If you want it for a full month, you can keep it. With LeTote (I believe) you just have to return it by the next billing cycle. With Rent the Runway it’s as long as your account is in good standing.

They are by mail, so they are everywhere! Rent the Runway is based in NYC, but they have a small number of stores spread across the country. Everything I do with them is through UPS, so I haven’t stepped foot in a store yet. LeTote is based in San Francisco, and they do everything through USPS.
